The company works in the field of solid waste management by providing consultancy along with technology solutions such as vermicompost, biogas and mechanical & bacterial composting, and power generation from biodegradable waste. The scope of work includes human relation, marketing, personal relations and generating awareness about solid waste management in the social as well as governmental sector. She is having ability to motivate people and delegate work. She combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills. Actively associated with various industrial and academic associations. Being an active social worker since young age, it has been her policy to give jobs to social help groups (SHGs), whenever possible and well suited, in Vivam Solid Waste Management Pvt. Ltd.’s (Vivam SWM Pvt.Ltd.). The social activities of the company are also looked over along with the operations of an NGO chaired by her.

Mr. Kandalgaonkar looks after for day to day working of the company as well as financial, strategic, business development decisions. Raising project finance, Government as well as private tendering for the company comes under his scope of work. He takes care of operations of company’s 10 electricity generating biogas plants as well as various vermicomposting and composting plants.

Erected 2 similar factories of manufacturing ‘pre-stressed concrete sleepers’, Commissioned first manufacturing facility in the country for manufacturing of ‘pre-stressed concrete turnout sleepers’ and 2 facilities of ‘pre-stressed concrete poles’.

She takes care of business development, public relations and generating awareness about solid waste management in the social as well as governmental sector. Under her guidance, the company has enhanced its customer base and earned recognition.
She is actively associated with various industrial houses and Government offices. She is an inspirational and strong-willed women entrepreneur. She became the ideal of Waste Management in India by joining the sector in 2010’s when the feminine presence was rare in the industry. She is a women who believe in short-cuts but at the same time there is no dearth of women who are confident, believe in themselves and have enormous fire in their bellies to take on the best in the business and beat them at their own game. She works hard to achieve it, no matter if it requires one to choose the odds for this option. She works towards it with full focus and determination.

Services for water treatment are also offered by Vivam and Vivam is doing treatment on Kund (lacks) in Varansi city. A new wing Skill development courses in waste management are also run by Vivam which are looked after by her.
Experience and relations developed while working in Deutche and Yes bank as marketing executive helped in business development of Vivam. She was member of ABVP in college days.
Education: Completed MBA from ISB Hydrabad with the scholarship from Goldman Sachs and MASTERS IN COMMERCE from Marathwada University.
